Cons
-pay is low compared to other companies. -you will not get pay raises based off individual work ethic. It’s all company base bonus for everyone. So, usually you will get a 2%-3% bonus once or twice a year depending on the company’s performance. You can work your butt off and not get rewarded. - the health insurance is HAP. The plans are expensive and go up every year and barely cover anything. -expect the employees that been there for years to work harder to cover over new hires that have no interest to work. This is for every department.
