      Experience ...Good and bad....I learned many lessons.

      More work loads, same pay and every day racism, every day sexual harassment from co workers, disrespect, no consideration for the work you do, come to work sick who cares? No one ..Henry Ford motto should be work " Together we can push slavery". I feel sorry for those I left behind...

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
