Pros
They are a learning hospital and are a great way to get your feet wet.
Cons
Their patient ratios are not good. Most of the staff has left. The majority of the hospital is run by travel nurses who do not have good working relationships with the providers. The pay is poor and the match is very little. The recent pay increase they were supposed to give they took back and said it was included in the inflation raise. They attempted to retain staff by a "retention bonus" but were only given to certain units within the health system.
