Pros
Henry Ford Health System offers some incentives to their employees. Some of those incentives include tuition reimbursement for employees who are looking to pursue more education, or even continuing their education. This is a nice incentive that not many companies are offering to employees today.
Cons
There is a consistent issue with staffing throughout the system. Many departments lack the manpower that is necessary to function as a whole correctly. As a result employees often feel the brunt of the impact that this has had within the system. Many employees feel as though their concerns are simply disregarded when presented to any type of management or superior.
