If ambitious, great place to grow your career. Professionals have many opportunities for development and great mentors. Nice environment and work culture.

Cons

Large system that can make some feel lost. You have to be a take charge person if you don't have connections there.

Pros

Salary was good and benefits decent.

Cons

But I was bullied and treated terribly by the department manager. Multiple people reported this behavior to HR, and they just get rid of the reporter, not the abuser.
