      Great coworkers make it worthwhile

      They will pile more and more responsibilities onto you and not give you the pay to makeup for it. In order to move around, you have to know someone who knows someone.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
