      Leadership is only concerned with the numbers. No regard to employees well being and what they have to say, or what input they have. Too many silos, secrets.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
