      Good hours, clean offices, great work family environment.

      Cons

      Tends to micromanage in office settings at times. Saw some great doctors put in months notice to go back to live with family in other countries and immediately get walked out.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
