      My manager is amazing and so are my colleagues. If it weren’t for them I may not still be working here.

      Cons

      The health insurance and you can only use a HF pharmacy. The pay scale is the lowest in our area.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
