      not super hectic like a level one trauma center. pretty decent resources. I got to self schedule with little to no changes compared to what I submitted.

      Cons

      staffing can get kind of dumb. Called in for the first four hours only to be called back in with the same staffing, Taking aides away to staff med/surg leaving us with no support. Little to no training on devices besides critical care class,

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
