Pros
Supportive and collaborative team environment, even in a fully remote setting. Strong onboarding and training resources for new hires. Flexibility with remote work allowing for a better work-life balance. Company is well-established and respected within the dental and healthcare technology space. Leadership is outstanding and is so professional and nice. She is approachable and encourages communication and feedback. Most importantly I LOVE MY NEW WORK FAMILY.
Cons
Learning curve can be steep at the beginning. Some processes are still evolving across teams. Not many cons here. Truly a stellar company with so far an outstanding onboarding experience.
