Great people work for this company (sales reps). But then again, sales people typically have FANTASTIC personalities...outgoing, fun loving people. Great benefits.
Cons
Management is always looking, from year to year, how to pay you less, and increase your sales quotas! VERY STRESSFUL ENVIRONMENT....to the point that one feels as though they are one day away from a complete breakdown. You will never feel secure with you job. #HighStress Long days...not an 8-5 position.
