Pros
Very good benefits. 7% 401K match which is great. Plus medical, dental and vision although employee contribution and co pays keep rising.
Cons
Far too many managers and supervisors none of who want to rock their world to address any issues the workers may have. Everything is swept under the rug and if you as a worker question anything you are perceived as negative. Double standards when it comes to the treatment of the workers...more of a do as I say not as I do mentality. No opportunity for advancement. Many dead end jobs.
