Corporate stock does well. Company matches a percentage of your 401k plan. Better than average dental plan. Headquarters is centrally located on Long Island. Looks good on your resume because they are top-rated global company on LI.
Cons
Notorious for underpaying their staff and giving minimal raises. Takes forever to move up (they would rather hire outside than promote from within). Executive and Senior management could care less about the deteriorating infrastructure of the company and how poorly employees are treated. They just care about sales. Most of the IT staff are zombies that have been there too long & just come to work for a paycheck. There's no innovation, no creativity, no embracing of new technologies, and no training. Most everything is done through a manual process when it could be automated. The CIO has no clue about technology and it's a wonder how this person has remained in a leadership position so long. Most likely nepotism or cronyism.
