Co-workers were the absolute best!

Cons

When upper management was all replaced with new management, the entire culture changed. Many people were fired or laid off. Many more people left the company. Leadership had favorites and those people received promotions, although their performance was poor.

I also appreciate the company’s commitment to community outreach and social responsibility—it reinforces that we’re working for a mission-driven organization.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
