Pros

Good opportunity to see different parts of the country depending on which district you work for. Great benefits and incentives for long-term employees.

Cons

Long hours, travel and lack of personal life. Working for this company does not allow you to be family oriented. Either your family stays in your home state and you travel to the job site (sometimes thousands of miles away), or your move your family to the job site thus never allowing you to really settle down. Hours can be long to get the job done right. Not uncommon to work 60+ hour weeks.

Pros

This company has great leadership from Area Superintendents and above.

Cons

If the process is not learned in the beginning, then the construction portion may be more difficult because of how KPI's are reviewed.
