Pros

You will learn a lot, and the opportunity for growth is there. You will also gain invaluable experience that will look great to other general contractors should you decide to leave. Good retirement plan and insurance plan.

Cons

You will work a lot of hours (50 - 60 hrs/ week minimum) and is the only way you will get promoted. Moving for a project is likely an can also get you promoted faster. Vacation policy is weak. Very poor work life balance.

Pros

This company has great leadership from Area Superintendents and above.

Cons

If the process is not learned in the beginning, then the construction portion may be more difficult because of how KPI's are reviewed.
