Business Outlook
Pros
Company takes care of employees very well. Employees are valued and keeping a positive morale is priority. Benefits are great; company stock, profit sharing, etc. Base pay for positions are higher than competitors. HP offers COLA that puts the overall compensation above and beyond the competitors.
Cons
Long hours and more responsibilities than competitors. Positions are doing jobs that a competitor would have 2-3 people responsible for. Work life balance is almost non-existent. At times, 12 hour days are the norm and still expected to do more work at home.
