Pros

Mostly good people, good culture at the regional level, good benefits, growth opportunity in some operational positions.

Cons

The company is growing to rapidly for their own good. The culture of the company has shifted rapidly in the last few years. The culture in the Corporate office is toxic. The Corporate Directors are not qualified to do their jobs, continue to put the company at risk, and have each clawed their way into their positions, not based off of performance or qualifications, or even dedication (none of them have ever moved, let alone left Northern Colorado), but based off of how much face time and sucking up they can do with the Executive Board. People are leaving in droves due to this toxic environment. If you are good at your job, you have a constant spotlight on you that you should be doing better, while picking up slack for your team mates who aren't pulling their weight. HR is "new" to the organization, and are driving the toxic environment of the organization which is now leaking into regional office culture. Don't sell your soul to this company, because the Executive Board only looks at how much money is being put back into their pocket, as well as the Board. They continue to employ weak, unqualified individuals, including stockholders, rather than deep dive and look at the root cause of why people are quitting and where there are themes.

Pros

This company has great leadership from Area Superintendents and above.

Cons

If the process is not learned in the beginning, then the construction portion may be more difficult because of how KPI's are reviewed.
