Pros

A good or bad project team can make or break your experience, especially as a new hire. There are plenty of employee trainings provided to grow technically and professionally. Company outings/events are also top-notch. Truly a work-hard/play-hard culture.

Cons

Expect to work long hours during the week and occasionally on Saturdays. In my experience, it seemed as if I didn't do everything my boss's or their boss's way, the project would be seriously delayed. Constant communication is a must.
