      Company is turning the corner and is now focused on People. As a new company, there is lots of change, but it seems like things are now focused on the right things. It is exciting to see what the future holds.

      Need to be more transparent with communication. Need to involve employees as much as possible to create a better product.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Cons

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
