      Pros

      The pros of working at Herc Rentals are the amazing people you get to work along side with. With out my co workers I would have quit a long time ago.

      Cons

      -Policy that you must be in your position for 1 year prior to applying to another department, or being promoted. -This department will block / not allow you to go to a different department -Quality of work is looked at by how many phone calls you can make in a day, and not about the amount of money you collect. -There is no consistent way to do something. You could ask all managers and each one would tell you to do something different.

      Pros

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Pros

      Great company to work for. If you like getting things done, this is the place. The company expects a lot but takes care of its people. Love working here.

      Cons

      Lots going on always, can be challenging to balance it all.
