      Great group of people to work with locally.

      Cons

      Micromanaging is rampant. Hiring new young people with no experience and trying to manage tenured sales people the same way. Very hard to make a good living . A ton of middle management people trying to justify their jobs

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Cons

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
