      Herc Rentals is a good company to work for if your not sold on what you really want to do in life. The pay was stellar and they have many growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity, lack of work-life balance, a constant attempt to be your friends in the workplaces

      Pros

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      I have to add five words but there are none

      Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
