      Long, busy hours. Stressful at times. Nothing crazy though.

It seems you successfully built transferrable skills and made the most of the training. Like any fast-paced job, branch locations can get busy assisting customers and juggling multiple tasks, but we promote saying “yes” at every possible opportunity.       Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Cons

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
