Pros
Easy going work; you aren't going to go home at the end of the day/week completely exhausted and unable to function.
Cons
The pay is rather on the low side. I know that nursing home positions aren't exactly the most lucrative, but I hold a maintenance degree from an accredited college, a few years of construction experience, and specialized electrician training...in spite of all that, the starting wage was $10 an hour...I negotiated up to $11, but even that required "approval from corporate".
