      They've recently raised salary slightly, approx. $13-$14 with shift differential

      Cons

      They just want warm bodies, the quality of CNA's they hire is very low. They will constantly change the responsibilities of each shift, especially night shift, They slashed yearly bonuses for CNAs with 1 months notice.
