Pros

The coworkers were a PRO. They gave their hearts and souls to the company even during the COVID pandemic and beyond.

Cons

Nepotism with family members within leadership. Leadership wouldn't listen to the employees or managers when giving ideas to advance the company and increase the census. Leadership placed blame on the buildings on their overspending as excuse to sell buildings. It was poor management and poor leadership that lead to their current position.
