Pros
I enjoyed the people I worked with. I loved working for a company that provided communities with great care and a lovely home for seniors.
Cons
The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. There is an obvious and overwhelming lack of communication from the top down. But no one seems to know how to address it, so the silence continues.
