      Pros

      Good benefits, people are nice. They are felon friendly.

      Cons

      Hours suck, pay sucks across the board. Forklift operaters only make $16 and yard drivers (class A Cdl) make $20. Honestly most people are paying more than that nearby.

      Pros

      Usually work long hours and plenty of OT. Meaning better paychecks. Jobs fairly easy.

      Cons

      Not enough pay per hours and sometimes work over 12 hours a day so not great work life balance.
