Pros

Day Care- Over Priced, Café- Over Priced

Cons

Hertz is the most toxic company I have ever worked for. It is being run into the ground by unqualified, uncaring upper Management. The Company likes to hire graduates right out of College with no work experience. They hope that they do not know HR laws, and think working 50 to 60 hours a week is appropriate. The Company is headed towards bankruptcy. They currently have multiple lawsuits, hiring freeze, and bi-weekly job lay offs. You will be expected to work 7 days a week, get a new Manager every 3 months, job description changed, salary changed. These changes will always be for the worst. Each new Manager will be on a higher power trip than the last. They will take pleasure in making your work day a living hell. Any good review about Hertz was written by an employee that was threaten to do so. I know, as I was threatened multiple times. If you are looking for a dysfunctional, unpleasant, and unprofessional place to work than look no further.

Pros

Great place to work in tandem with other professionals in your trade, always had a feeling of "family" working alongside my peers. We come together when times are tough, this is very rewarding,

Cons

The current economic and geopolitical spectrum have been proving a challenge to this industry as a whole, thankfully we are a resilient outfit with the best people at the helm.

Pros

It is a decent place to work with a steady environment and meaningful day-to-day responsibilities. Overall, it's not a bad company to be a part of if you are looking for stability and purpose in your tasks.

Cons

The internal culture is highly political, and professional advancement often depends more on favoritism than merit. You frequently have to play corporate games and kiss up to management just to get ahead or be noticed.
