Pros
As a manager you get to drive one of the company cars at all time including when you travel out of town. When you work off-airport the hours are good which is unusual in a retail environment. A lot of great people to work with and learn from.
Cons
The majority of your time is spent managing fleet and moving cars around. The company overbooked a great deal which can be stressful for the branch staff. The company also runs many branches with Assistant Managers or Manager Trainees which puts a lot of extra work on them for a lot less pay and no car privilege. This is not a great structure and leads to numerous problems. The company also only hires those with college degrees for management positions which can be limiting in the hiring process, and there are numerous hoops to jump through for a promotion.
