Pros
Friendly people to work for. Lots of advancement opportunities for young people fresh out of college. Allowed for some flexibility in scheduling but lots of overtime because of the monthly starts and not enough people to do all the work.
Cons
Where to begin. Former management loaded up the management positions with young people right out of college, gave them mba's from their university and did not provide a true route of progression. Someone a year out of college is promoted while others with several years of experience would be only spuriously considered. They knew who they were going to promote before the position was ever posted. After the former management team completed this task and summarily dismissed many senior staff they too exited stage left, on to greener and richer pastures. From the sounds of more recent comments this has not worked out well. What you make up for in youthful enthusiasm, you've lost in experience and practical knowledge. Good job guys!
