Lab Technician - Lab Technician Hexcel Employee Review

Dishonest HR team. I was told I would be working rotating 8 hour shifts in the matrix plant. During orientation I was presented with rotating 12 hour shifts. I previous worked for Hexcel in 2013 as a process associate. I was unable to keep up with the physical tasks like the other new recruits so I was let go. Within a few days of being let go I found out I was four months pregnant, which is why I was unable to handle the job. I was not upset that they let me go. My condition due to pregnancy was the reason. Fast forward to 2016. I applied for a lab tech position. Have 9+ years lab experience overall. Hexcel application did not ask if I had been previously employed by the company and stated that I put in "relevant" experience to the position. I entered in lab tech work experience since I was applying for a lab tech job. Someone recognized me from former employment and I was terminated for not including it in my application. I was not asked in my application or my interview if I had ever worked for Hexcel. My information was in my file at Hexcel. They had it in thetr records. Investigation was conducted and it was found that Hexcel fired me without just cause. Do not work for this company.
