      Pros

      Friendly co workers, and good work environment. Variety between office and shop floor. Many holiday pay days as well.

      Cons

      Work is stagnant, and new contracts are slow to materialize. Most projects are driven by on going manufacturing issues in the form of defects, but nothing ground breaking.
