Pros
Plenty of world wide growth and innovative progression. The company plan on staying the best and will more than likely thrive for many years to come.
Cons
They make contractors wait to long to get on the books. The management seem to have no trust in their operational staff and very rarely give out any praise when it is deserved. Lack of communication and thought before undertaking tasks are an issue.
