Pros
There is anything good to say about this company. The above average pay you receive is really not worth the trouble, the stress you will add to your life. Find something else to do even it pays less. You will be much happier in the end.
Cons
Poor morale and lots of gossips. Employees are treated just like a number by HR and management. Poor management and favoritism are well and alive at this company. Employees are treated too unfairly for petty things. There is no common sense. If anyone has a vendetta against you, you may as well look for another job. There is no open door. Whatever someone says against you is what matters. There is no sense of investigating and finding out the truth. In fact, going to HR as last resort can be used against you. If you have an issues, there is really to talk to.
