      Pros

      A growing company, with large contracts and lots of money to invest. Hiring many new employees. Results driven, but understanding when trying to work through issues.

      Cons

      The plant is 24/7/365 so it is a very demanding job. Frequent calls and trips to the plant in off hours. Pay is comensory to the workload though.
