Pros
I was a contract employee over a multi-year span working on-site for one of Hi-Tek's aerospace and defense clients in PA. Pros include: -- super great people: every person I spoke with at hi-tek was highly professional, candidly straightforward, promptly responsive, as well as genuinely kind. It's always been important to me that I genuinely like and respect the people I work with and contract for, and hi-tek was a great fit for me. It's obvious that the company is very well-organized and efficiently-run. -- takes excellent care of contract employees: great perks. Also, every check was reliably direct deposited into my account on-time. This is just one hallmark of a company who manages its funds very efficiently.
Cons
I can think of no cons. One idea is to include hourly rate ranges on the job search page, if possible.
