      Pros

      Hi Tek understands how providing mobile, highly specialized and skilled personnel works for both the client and contractors.

      Cons

      After working with them for over 10 years I am still trying to find one. When a co-worker recommended them I was unsure because Hi Tek doesn't play a sales game but I soon found out its because they don't have to.

      Pros

      If you move outside of a 50 miles radius for this job, you get 1 year of split per diem pay. Try to rack up as much overtime as you can with this!

      Cons

      As a contract employee working alongside another company, I do not get that other company's benefits. I also do not get paid when that company shuts down over holidays.
