Company doesn't seem to have actual procedures in place. Felt like management just decided how things go on a whim.
Pay out higher commissions for specific businesses they deem are better and more established when at least 50% or more were to verticals we weren't supposed to target or were out of business.
Product being sold could be done for much cheaper for same if not better result.
It is a cookie cutter template product being sold as a boutique product.
Management would regularly encourage reps to lie to prospects to get sale.
Clients are only in 6 month contract but if they cancel before 12 months the rep gets a clawback and it affects their retention.
