Pros
A company that doesn't have it's head in the sand. Is constantly working to introduce new and relevant products for clients. Working hard to get ahead of the curve in the transition from print to digital/internet
Cons
For salespeople, there is too much effort that must be devoted to "maintenance" and prepping issues that have to be addressed on a constant basis. This takes away from being able to focus more on problems solving for your clients. work/life balance not balanced. Job requires too much time to be done really well.
