Pros

None that i can think of

Cons

Everything. I don't know where to start from. They pay scale itself is discriminating. 2 people on similar fields but one gets 15k and the other gets 45k Transport: They think they are the boss. The manner they talk to the employees will make you feel that you are worse than a street dog. Even if they forget to send you cab early in the morning, they will blame it on you and your managers wont do anything about it. Work culture: The thought of going to work everyday makes me feel weaker every single minute. The managers have sky-high expectations from you and if you fail to fullfill it you are screwed. They want everything because they feel it is normal to work 10 hours straight. Plus they will even count hw many minutes of break you have taken. With includes loo breaks i.e. including food and loo you can take only 45 minutes of break. People across the process are leaving just because they cannot handle the amount of pressure managers are giving. Infact some of the Managers themselve are leaving just because they cannot handle the pressure anymore Scope of learning: none. Even if you are a scholarly writer, you will loose your creativity. They clients doesn't know what they want, the managers doesn't know what they want the employees are eveb more clueless. Management: The higher authority is always pressurizing the employees to work till they die. Every day atleast one employee breakdown just because the pressure is intolerable. They management has forgotten that the employees are mere humans and not robot. No one is happy in this process and no one laughs. Even if you laugh with your colleagues, they next moment someone will call you and start feeding you with more pressure.

Pros

reat place to work! They truly care about their employees and create an environment where people feel supported and valued. The managers are amazing—they encourage you, challenge you, and push you every day to grow and succeed. It’s a team that genuinely wants to see you win.

Cons

I would recommend doing a little more research and qualification before passing leads over to the reps. Some leads are labeled as ‘hot,’ but after speaking with them, they often don’t have the urgency, need, or buying intent expected. A stronger qualification process would help the sales team focus their time on opportunities that are truly ready to move forward.

Pros

autonomy, product is seemingly good

Cons

Overall a terrible sales org, commission structure is nonsense and very low percent of reps are on the high tier, including reps that are top performers being on the mid or low tier commission. You are responsible for prospecting, closing, and account management so job gets harder the longer you are there. Force you into long meetings so the VP can show everyone Christopher Voss masterclass videos that are irrelevant. Sales contests where the reward is literally 5 dollars. Training is completely disconnected from how the job actually is, even down to the tech stack they teach you. Sales planning does nothing and does not provide any new leads or any sales tools that work. They do not even have a list of discovery questions to provide you. No one uses any of their provided tech stack you just have to figure out your own processes with no support. Very low base salary which they will lower if you get put on PIP. Extremely unstructured PIP program with no concrete numbers or explanation for how to get off of PIP. Extreme favoritism at the managerial level.
