Things have really gone downhill quickly in the past few years. Especially in operations. The company is are trying to keep a float and sell digital products but offshore anything they can. The problem is the senior leadership is out of touch with what it takes to properly sell and execute digital products for small businesses. There are too many changes too fast and employees are asked to do more and more without the proper resources, tools, training, or pay. Worse, the company culture is toxic and leadership is childish. There is no autonomy and everyone is micromanaged, including the managers. Everyone feels like they there is no trust.
