Pros
Having a job copywriting, video editing and doing voiceover work is extremely rare, in my experience. Doing creative work was certainly a pro.
Cons
The company has an antiquated management practices that cause employees to become depressed, take FMLA/time off, rebel and regress to childish behavior. When I was there the company was called Yell, Adworks. The managers would write employees up for minor/arbitrary things like having an opinion in meetings, attempting to improve processes, basically any behavior that was not robotic. If you streamed video, clocked in a minute late no matter what the reason (even during unpaid lunches) you would need to meet with HR and other higher up managers and discuss your behavior. You work in tiny phonebooths for 8 hours a day, no social interaction, and have to account for your production down to the minute (each hour you write your production quantity on a giant erase board for everyone to see.) If you work 2nd or 3rd shift, they never let you go to 1st shift, which means you never see daylight, cannot socialize outside of work and live your life off schedule from the entire world.
