Good group of sales people that work hard.
Cons
Company set goals for sales reps. and when they see a majority of the reps, meet those goals, they raise the goals the following quarter. Vast amount of money spent to bring on new business reps that failed miserably, so account managers had all of their goals changed, so making bonuses becomes harder if not impossible. Management seems to have no clear direction of where they are going, or how they are getting there, huge movement to convert to digital programs, however, they can not fulfill those programs, outsourced the majority of the fulfillment. Seems the concept is if the boat is leaking, drill more holes to let the water out.
