Pros
Mostly plenty of freedom, benefits are good, base salary is decent, often have several bonus opportunities and short term contests multiple times per year, extensive training. If you hit your sales goals or most of them the pay and often outweigh the headaches. Always undergoing massive change since I have been here, but future is bright if they achieve what they are headed toward.....in 3-4 years from now if they are still around.
Cons
Sometimes too much training (takes up a lot of time), company's system if highly flawed and has a long way to go, change can be good, but too much change happens at hibu, always feel like you are getting sold from interview to product updates to anything. Billing system is completely flawed and creates more headaches for the salesperson with clients. Constant headaches dealing with sales already completed. With support, too often the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and support send you around to different departments and still don't get an answer. Commission sucks at 3.5%
