Pros
Autonomous position with flexibility to make your own schedule. Great managers, supportive customer service and co-workers are great. Ability to manage your territory as it was your own business.
Cons
Depending on your sales role, objectives may be unrealistic.Feel like the are constantly changing comp plans to keep you in a certain earning range. Some products are not great, so its hard to sell something you don't believe in. Not a lot of room for advancement.
