Pros
Co-workers on same level are really nice people. It is a nice attractive looking building. They usually pay you on time. They hire just about everyone.
Cons
Hey hire everyone. The quality of people is rapidly going downhill with each new training class as a desperate attempt to fill seats. Then, when people aren't preforming or express to management suggesting ways to improve floor problems, they are punished. Many people are forced to resign by Managment because the company does everything in their power to avoid paying unemployment. I don't hate anyone in the world enough to suggest Hibu, or any of its affiliated companies as a positive career path. The building looks lovely on the outside, and the inside may look attractive, but it is just a huge band aide covering up a soon to be bankrupt and failing company that does not build up its employees, let alone value them, because they are all too eager to let people go and hire a new face to save themselves the trouble of having an employee who is actually trying to help things improve at work, and their ideas may differ from Managment.
