Cons
There is no way you will succeed at this company. The reviews for the company itself are horrible, Google "hibu reviews", every customer you speak to will do the same and see what people all over the country say about Hibu. The only people who have a job of any significance in the company are people who are still there from Yellowbook. Everyone you meet at the company who is older will tell you the same song and dance about how they started where you are starting and they made it all the way to such position. I feel sad for anyone who falls for this scheme as I did. They come across as a great company with appealing videos, professionalism, support, etc.. but in reality you are just another number that they hired to go out and try to increase their brand. The company has no problem paying a years worth of salary to a rep who will contact over 300 companies per week via email, phone, and in person visits. After about a year you will receive a "warning". Whether you fail or not the company is still making money on big national accounts. The mom and pop shops are the ones who get robbed blind. Your manager will come up with every excuse in the book as to why all your appointments are ghosting you, why everyone says no, etc.. but in reality it is because one simple google search will tell you all you need to know about the company. This company uses and abuses sales reps, then spits them back out. Unless you are in an absolute hole and desperately need a job, DO NOT WORK HERE. Do your research and thank me later.
